Q. What kind of physical shape do I have to be in?

A. Regular exercise before any trip will add to your enjoyment, but our trips are geared towards anyone in good health. We’ve always felt that for this sort of activity, a positive attitude is more important than being in super shape.

 

Q. Do I need previous experience?

A. No previous experience is required. Our aim is to produce trips that can be enjoyed by all people.

 

Q. What clothing and equipment do I have to bring?

A. We supply all specialized and group camping equipment. Clients need only bring personal clothing and equipment as specified in the information package for their particular trip. In addition, Stoney Creek provides all transportation by land, from the meeting point, unless otherwise specified.

 

Q. What is the food like?

A. Food with “Stoney Creek” is one of the key elements, and the source of many great compliments from our clientele. We pride ourselves in preparing top quality meals from the freshest ingredients available. Our menu is varied and international in nature. We strive to integrate local ingredients with supplies we have brought from home to yield meals that are unique, nourishing and delicious. Most dietary restrictions can be happily accommodated with advanced notice.

 

Q. How do I register?

A. To reserve your space on a trip simply give us a call and we will take your reservation over the phone (604-793-3076) or email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . If you would rather reach us by mail, please use the address provided for you on the "contact us" page. A deposit of $100 per person holds your reservation until the balance due date. At which point the balance is due in full. Upon receiving your deposit we will send a confirmation and details of your trip itinerary.
